With experience across hundreds of rectification projects, we understand the technical, regulatory, and financial challenges that come with fixing buildings - and we help make the process far less stressful.

Our leadership team has overseen hundreds of cladding and defect rectification projects across Victoria, leading the delivery of one of the state’s largest building safety programs. We bring together deep technical understanding, government program experience, and commercial acumen to navigate complexity and deliver with precision.
Centric Collective is led by Directors, Nathan & Emma, who together have extensive experience in cladding rectification, contracts and delivery, and working with Owners Corporations, builders, consultants, and government. Their backgrounds span senior roles in cladding rectification, construction, and property, giving them a unique, whole-of-project view - from early funding and risk decisions through to site delivery and close-out.
